Egemen Baz

Egemen is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rainmaker Consultancy, where he advises organizations on executive search and senior-level recruitment across a broad range of industries and functions. He works closely with business leaders and boards on critical leadership appointments, with a particular focus on understanding the business context behind each search and identifying executives who can create long-term impact.

Egemen has more than 16 years of experience in executive search and recruitment, working with both multinational and local organizations across Turkey and Europe. Throughout his career, he has led senior-level assignments across functions including general management, finance, human resources, sales and marketing, technology, and operations.

Prior to founding Rainmaker Consultancy, Egemen worked with leading international executive search and recruitment firms including Egon Zehnder, Stanton Chase and Michael Page. His international experience includes roles in both Turkey and Spain, providing him with exposure to different markets, organizational cultures and leadership environments.

Over the years, Egemen has advised publicly listed companies, privately held businesses, family-owned groups and international organizations on senior leadership appointments. His approach combines market knowledge, direct search and long-term relationship building with both clients and executives.
